Holton

The overall building is in good condition. The original building as several additions and surprising they are actually seamless attached and the work was done with good craftsman ship. The HVAC systems are undersized and the addition of the window units creates certain overall inefficiencies.

From a design standpoint the finishes are dull and worn. The floor tiles are worn yet immaculately clean. The parking lot needs a seal coat and new striping. The equipment look well maintained and no real work hazards existed.
