The building is in great shape and the metal skin is durable and need no maintenance today. The rock landscaping is a real money save and creates a real desert feeling.

This was the friendly staff and the stores personality is reflected in their charming attitudes. Kitchen was tired and worn yet safe and no glaring safety issues.

Over parking on the site is tight. There is angle parking to the north in the city right of way that I’m sure are used when the hut is busy.  

Great Pylon. 

Ceilings need upgrading in Kitchen area.  

Ceiling is dining areas are ready to be upgraded.
