This was an old ice-cream shop. The adaptation into a pizza hut is poorly executed. Poor layout for the seating and not much parking over all must be impacting sales.

This store is off the beaten path and his poor visibility compared to the other fast food in the market. Casey’s is a force to be reckoned with in their Missouri market.
