I’ll bet a dollar the deal and Desoto, Holt’s Summit and Louisburg were all done by the same guy. These units are off the beaten path. The original deals are at Highway intersections and this store is part and parcel to a development.

 The roof needs to be cleaned up the gas line need to be straighten up and a HVAC cover need to be replaced. The attic is full of junk.

The snow removal guy is killing the curbs and sidewalks.

The store had no vibe. Low energy.

Clean operating and no safety issues. This is a low volume store?
