This being the furthest site to look at I got the thing about not coming back. So, I did a roof inspection. This as a new rubber roof and is in great shape.

This store is in great shape. This unit the oven is vented and NO hood maintenance necessary. The Blodgett oven was the only one I remember in the inspection. Now I’m curious was this oven a good purchase. The venting system seems to be more efficient and does not require very expensive hoods over the oven. This might have been more up front expense and save over capital over time and less to operate over time.

This store look great and no real issues or red flags. I’d paint the bathroom doors.

Parking lot needs attention but all minor issues.
