Outside seems a bit beat up in the back due to water damage. The grease container outside need cleaning.

Interior of the store is clean and in good order. The high 4-top tables in the center break up the booth and are a nice way to spice up the seating package,

The new Grocery store is new and must be a shot in the arm to this deal. The real estate site is in a average spot in a small market and I’m sure sales are not a barnburner.

The lot needs and overlay and is in poor shape.
