The interior was immaculate and overall the stores is safe
and sound. The interior store design is average. The bathrooms were not
handicapped (grandfathered).
The exterior is bad and from the sidewalk to window if not painted
the wood rot is setting in.
Kitchen tile is bad and the vent hood over the oven need
maintained.
That gap between sidewalk and building needs to be
waterproofed.
There is a condensing line from the kitchen leaking and creating
wood rot and need to be fixed today. SEE Blog
