This is by far one of the worst real estate locations of the inspections.
The strip center to the east is vacant and the development is premature. This
is diametrically the opposite of the original Pizza Hut deals where Dick Hastert
chose intersections of small town highways.
I pray the high school has open lunch. Two 300 yards to the
west is Louisburg HS. This unit does business only because the market is underserved.
The store is in great shape and clean overall. The vent hood
needs small maintenance and the blemishes seem rust and seem to be out of
place. You paint the entrance where you get the delivers and the store shines.
Parking lot needs a seal coat and striping.
